SHERYL SPREEN-Lead Vocals, Percussion, Flute and Guitar

If Heart's Ann Wilson has a "soul sister"... it is Sheryl Spreen.

Since 2nd grade you can pretty much say, Sheryl wanted to be a singer. From that point on she joined every chorus, musical theater group, and took up flute in 4th grade. She continued to excel in music! In high school still continuing on the same path in and out of school, she performed at the Barn Theater, All state and Regional Choruses, Concert, marching, jazz-rock bands, and drum major. She also earned her “Who's Who in Music.”

With initial aspects of performing on Broadway some day, she went for her first band audition, which was an original project with some covers. The band was called "September” After being asked to join the band, from that point on she has been hooked on ROCK music. They played such clubs, as Jenkinson’s, The Plantation, Shark Club, etc. Through the years, she joined other cover bands. “23 North" played such clubs as "The Palm Grill", "The Junkyard", "Casey O'Toole's" and various other clubs in North Jersey. They remained in the club scene for 12 years, changing their name once to Scary Joe. Other places she played are The Quarter Deck, Just Jakes. Park city, Peggy O'Neils, etc.

Her recent band, “OneSizeFitsAll” was seen quite regularly at "Hidden Valley", where they had the pleasure of opening for "Blue Oyster Cult." She also played Camelback Ski area, Trackside, Big John's and various other clubs in Northern New Jersey.

Her voice is most commonly compared to Ann Wilson from Heart, and Janis Joplin. She will cover any guy tune too, from Black Sabbath, Zeppelin, AC/DC, to heavier stuff of today, like Godsmack, Soundgarden, Velvet Revolver, and Audio Slave. However, still does the girl tunes also, like, No Doubt, Melissa Etheridge, and Pat Benetar. It just better be rockin!!!!

Len Konick - Guitar

In his own words:

I'm a life-time Jersey boy that began a musical career as a horn player. But I switched to guitar around 14 and started playing "out" soon after.

My musical tastes can be attributed at an early age, to my two older brothers who still play out and rock in thier own bands to this day. From the southern sounds of the Allmans, Outlaws, and Skynard, the rockin blues of Johnny Winter, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and Kenny Wayne Shepard to the heavier sounds of Stone Temple Pilots and Alice in Chains, I've always managed to find something about each genre that was exciting and challenging.

I really look forward to playing with OSFA 'cause they are what this is all about....Good Music, Good Times, and Great Players!
